Entraide Sein-Pathique recognizes the right of its employees to benefit from a good balance between family and professional life. Obtaining the Concilivi Seal demonstrates the importance given by the organization to offer its employees family-work balance (FWB) measures adapted to their reality and to encourage their use by them. The transition to parenthood is a period of life that requires an enormous capacity for adaptation. ESP wishes to demonstrate the practice of its values of respect, family, openness and mutual assistance through these measures as well as to be a model in terms of FWB for the employers of our members and our region in general.
